This Ferroelectric Random Access Memory (F-RAM) provides reliable data retention for 121 years while eliminating the complexities, overhead, and system-level reliability problems caused by EEPROM and other non-volatile memories.
With the capability to support 10^13 read/write cycles (10 million times more than EEPROM), this F-RAM is ideal for applications requiring frequent or rapid writes. Use it in data logging where write endurance is critical, or in demanding industrial controls where long EEPROM write times can cause data loss. The combination of features allows more frequent data writing with less system overhead.
