The Atmel AT90USB1286-AU is a high-performance, low-power 8-bit AVR RISC-based microcontroller, designed for applications demanding robust processing and connectivity in a compact package. It integrates 128KB of in-system programmable (ISP) flash memory with read-while-write capabilities, 4KB of EEPROM, and 8KB of RAM, providing ample space for complex program code and data storage.
