The Bahco PC-22-INS ProfCut Insulation Saw is a high-performance 550 mm (22-inch) handsaw designed specifically for cutting various insulation materials with precision and ease. Featuring innovative Waved Toothing (WT) technology, the blade can be re-sharpened using any regular knife sharpener, ensuring long-lasting sharpness and optimal performance.
Constructed with a durable 0.83mm thick blade—equivalent to standard saws—it avoids varnish or powder coatings to prevent friction and blunting. Instead, the blade comes with a rust-protective sleeve impregnated with Volatile Corrosion Inhibitor (VCI), safeguarding it from corrosion.
The saw boasts a comfortable two-component handle, enhancing grip and reducing fatigue during extended use. Tested across all major insulation materials, it ensures clean cuts, minimal dust, and low friction, making it ideal for professional and DIY applications alike.
