The Baker & Salt Medium Cooling Rack is an essential tool for any home baker, designed to provide professional results in your own kitchen. This robust 16-inch rack allows air to circulate freely around your baked goods, ensuring they cool quickly and evenly to prevent sogginess and maintain the perfect texture.
Crafted from durable, food-safe materials, this cooling rack is built to last. Its medium size makes it versatile enough to accommodate a wide variety of treats, from a batch of cookies and cupcakes to a single-layer cake or a tray of scones. The stable wire grid design offers excellent support while maximising airflow for efficient cooling.
After removing your creations from the oven, placing them directly onto this rack stops the cooking process and helps preserve a crisp bottom on pies and pastries. It’s the perfect intermediary step before decorating cakes or storing your baked items, ensuring icing sets properly and condensation doesn't form. Easy to clean and simple to store, this rack is a must-have for achieving bakery-quality finishes on all your homemade delights.
