On-Board Features and Sensors
The BeagleConnect Freedom is equipped with an MSP430F5503 microcontroller for USB-to-UART functionality. It also features integrated temperature, humidity, and light sensors, alongside SPI flash, a battery charger, a buzzer, LEDs, and JTAG connections, making it a comprehensive solution for IoT development.
Connectivity and Power
Power is supplied via a USB Type-C input, with additional support for a 2-pin battery connection. The board includes dual mikroBUS connectors, a reset button, and a user boot button for streamlined operation and testing.
