The Blue Spot Tools 22mm Bi-Metal Hole Saw is a precision cutting tool engineered for versatility and durability. Its robust bi-metal construction combines a heat-treated, high-carbon steel body for exceptional strength and shock resistance with high-speed steel (HSS) teeth designed to deliver exceptional cutting power and a long operational life. This specialised design makes it the ideal choice for professionals and DIY enthusiasts tackling a variety of materials.
This hole saw excels at creating clean, accurate 22 mm diameter holes in a wide range of substrates. It is perfectly suited for cutting through non-ferrous metals such as aluminium and copper, as well as plasterboard, plastic, and wood.
Key Features & Benefits
- Bi-Metal Construction: The fusion of a tough high-carbon steel body with sharp HSS teeth offers the perfect balance of durability and cutting efficiency, resisting tooth breakage and body fatigue.
- Heat-Treated for Hardness: The entire saw undergoes a specialised heat treatment process, enhancing the material's hardness and wear resistance for a significantly extended lifespan.
- High-Speed Steel (HSS) Teeth: The cutting teeth are made from HSS, which maintains its sharpness even under the high temperatures generated during cutting, ensuring consistent, clean cuts through tough materials.
- Versatile Application: A single tool for multiple jobs, reducing the need for a specialised hole saw for each material type, which simplifies your toolkit and saves costs.
