Bourns CB Series Thermal Cutoff Fuse 25A 72°C

The Bourns CB Series Thermal Cutoff Fuse is a miniature thermal cutoff device (TCO) designed to provide reliable overtemperature and overcurrent protection for lithium polymer and prismatic cells. With a current rating of 25A at 28V DC, this fuse controls abnormal, excessive current virtually instantaneously, up to its rated limits.

This thermal cutoff responds to temperature by opening the circuit at its functioning temperature of 72°C, helping to prevent damage from overheating. It is designed to hold at temperatures up to 40°C, and the reset temperature is a minimum of 40°C, ensuring stable operation under normal conditions.

The fuse features blade terminals for secure connections and comes in a compact design with a length of 43mm, width of 33mm, and depth of 15mm. Its lightweight construction at just 0.355 grams makes it suitable for space-constrained applications.
