This bidirectional device is fully AEC-Q200 qualified, ensuring reliability in demanding automotive environments. It offers multi-strike capability, a typical capacitance of just 0.05pF, and low leakage current, all while operating across a temperature range of -55 to 125°C. With a clamping voltage of 30V and an operating voltage of 5V, it provides effective protection against electrostatic discharge events.
