The BOURNS Thermal Cut-Off (TCO) Fuse is a miniature safety device engineered to provide rapid and reliable overtemperature and overcurrent protection. It is specifically designed to control abnormal or excessive current virtually instantaneously, up to its rated limits, safeguarding sensitive components from potential damage.

Rated for 25 Amps at 28V DC, this fuse offers precise protection for applications using lithium polymer and prismatic cells, where thermal management is critical. It operates at a functioning temperature of 72°C, interrupting the circuit to prevent overheating.
