BROADCOM HCPL-0731-000E high-gain 2-channel optocoupler. 3.75kV isolation, SOIC-8 package. Ideal for logic isolation & signal conditioning.
The BROADCOM HCPL-0731-000E is a dual-channel, low-input-current, high-gain optocoupler designed for robust signal isolation. It features a pair of GaAsP light-emitting diodes optically coupled to integrated high-gain photodetectors, delivering an extremely high current transfer ratio (CTR) and excellent common-mode transient immunity. A separate VCC pin for the photodiodes and first gain stages enables a lower output saturation voltage and higher-speed operation compared to conventional photo-Darlington optocouplers.
This component is LSTTL compatible and operates from a wide power supply voltage range of 4.5V to 18V. Its high-density SO-8 package makes it ideal for space-constrained applications. Performance is guaranteed over a temperature range of 0°C to 70°C.
