BROADCOM RGB SMD LED, Square, 120°, 20mA

The BROADCOM RGB SMD LED is a high-performance tricolour surface mount device presented in a PLCC-6 package. It features separate heat paths for each LED dice, enabling it to be driven at higher currents for enhanced brightness and reliability. This LED is fully compatible with standard reflow soldering processes, ensuring straightforward integration into your electronic assemblies.

Designed for optimal light output, it boasts a super wide viewing angle of 120° alongside a built-in reflector that pushes up the intensity of the light. The black top surface provides excellent contrast enhancement, making it particularly suitable for full-colour sign applications. The package utilises advanced AlInGaP and InGaN dice technologies combined with a diffused silicone encapsulation for consistent light diffusion.
