CONCORDIA TECHNOLOGIES Solar Cable - Black 6mm 100m

The CONCORDIA TECHNOLOGIES Solar Cable is a robust, high-quality wiring solution engineered specifically for the demanding environment of photovoltaic (PV) systems. It is designed to safely and efficiently manage the inter-connections within solar panel arrays, linking modules to inverters and other key components. Built for long-term reliability, this cable ensures optimal energy transfer and system safety, making it an essential component for both residential and commercial solar installations.

The cable features stranded, tinned, and plated copper conductors. This construction maximises flexibility for easier installation around mounting structures, while the tinning provides superior corrosion resistance, which is crucial for outdoor applications exposed to the elements. The conductors are housed within a halogen-free, cross-linked polyolefin jacket. This specialised insulation is highly resistant to UV radiation, extreme temperatures, moisture, and abrasion, significantly extending the cable's service life and enhancing fire safety by minimising toxic smoke emission.

With a high voltage rating of 1500VDC, it is perfectly suited for the DC side of modern solar arrays. It can operate continuously at temperatures up to 90°C, ensuring stable performance even in hot rooftop conditions. Its durable construction and compliance with relevant standards for solar applications provide installers and system owners with confidence in the safety and longevity of their renewable energy investment.
