The DUCATI 4.16.15 Series Motor Run Film Capacitor is a high-quality, wire-leaded component engineered for reliable motor drive control applications. Its construction utilises a polypropylene film dielectric with electrodes formed from an extremely thin, vacuum-evaporated metal coating, ensuring excellent electrical characteristics and stability.

Housed in a self-extinguishing plastic case and cover, the capacitive element is sealed with polyurethane resin for complete protection. This design eliminates any risk of leakage and contributes to the capacitor's compact size and limited weight, facilitating easy integration into equipment.

A key feature is the innovative FAST FIX system, which allows for quick mounting onto panels with a thickness between 0.8mm and 1.1mm. The design also accommodates standard alternative mounting via an integrated M8 plastic stud, offering versatile installation options. The capacitor boasts a non-inductive winding for low losses and a self-healing property that helps avoid short-circuits, enhancing its longevity and safety in operation.

With an IP55 protection rating, it is well-protected against dust and water jets, making it suitable for demanding environments. Its robust design ensures consistent performance across an operating temperature range from -25°C to 70°C.
