The DUCATI 4.16.10 Series Motor Run Film Capacitor is a high-performance, general-purpose component designed for reliability and efficiency. Utilising a metallised polypropylene film as the dielectric, the electrodes consist of an extremely thin metal coating achieved through vacuum evaporation, ensuring excellent electrical characteristics and long-term stability.

This capacitor features a self-healing property that actively avoids short circuits, alongside low losses and a non-inductive winding design. The capacitive element is securely sealed with polyurethane resin, and both the case and cover are constructed from self-extinguishing plastic material, guaranteeing safety and durability with no leakage risk.

With a capacitance of 50µF and a rated AC voltage of 450V, this component offers a ±5% tolerance and a dv/dt rating of 20V/µs. It operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -25°C to 70°C and boasts an endurance of 1000h to 10000h. Its compact dimensions of 43 mm x 33 mm x 15 mm and low weight of 215 grams make it suitable for installations where space is at a premium.
