Upon application, it expands up to 50 times its original volume, meeting the stringent standards of DIN 4102 Part 1 for Construction Materials: Class B2. This makes it an essential product for fire-rated applications.
Once cured, the foam can be easily cut, sawn, or plastered over within just one hour, provided the working temperatures (both the can and surfaces) range between +5°C to +25°C, with an ideal temperature of 20°C. The enhanced fire rating of this foam significantly slows down the spread of flames and smoke compared to standard B3-grade foams, offering superior safety.
