Everbuild Sika B2 Fire Foam Aerosol 750ml
Everbuild Sika B2 Fire Foam expands up to 50x, meets DIN 4102 Class B2 for fire resistance. Ideal for sealing gaps in walls, doors, and pipes.
The Everbuild Sika B2 Fire Foam Aerosol is a high-performance, quick-setting, one-part polyurethane foam with fire-resistant properties. Upon application, it expands up to 50 times its original volume, meeting the stringent standards of DIN 4102 Part 1 for Construction Materials: Class B2. This makes it an essential product for fire-rated applications.
Once cured, the foam can be easily cut, sawn, or plastered over within just one hour, provided the working temperatures (both the can and surfaces) range between +5°C to +25°C, with an ideal temperature of 20°C. The enhanced fire rating of this foam significantly slows down the spread of flames and smoke compared to standard B3-grade foams, offering superior safety.
Perfect for gun-operated applications, this fire foam is ideal for sealing gaps around pipe entries in fire-rated walls, around window and door frames, and in electrical wire chases before plastering. It also excels in fire-rated sealing for deep joints prior to applying sealants or plaster and for filling irregular gaps in materials like stone, brick, concrete, or plaster.
Applications:
- Fire-rated sealing around pipes, windows, and doors.
- Fixing door frames, timber structures, windowsills, and thresholds.
- Insulating behind cladding on exterior walls, soffits, and barge boards.
- Automotive applications where fire resistance is required.
