Supplied in a convenient 280ml cartridge, this grey sealant provides a robust solution for sealing and pointing lead flashing, joints in gutters and downpipes, and overlaps in rigid sheet roofing.
Formulated to be tough and permanently flexible, it delivers a highly waterproof, weatherproof, and UV-resistant finish that is built to last up to 25 years. It accommodates high movement effortlessly and bonds securely to most common building substrates without the need for a primer, saving both time and effort during installation.
