This downlight is fire-rated to 30, 60 and 90 minutes in compliance with BS476 Part 21:1987, offering robust protection in the event of a fire. It is also air tightness compliant with Part C and Part L, and meets Resistance to Sound requirements under Part E, making it an excellent choice for modern building regulations.
