The EXITEX Concealex Slimline Facefix Drop Down Door Seal is an adjustable door seal suitable for all types of swing doors. It provides effective protection against noise, draughts and dust, helping to improve comfort and energy efficiency in your home or workplace.

This seal features a self-levelling silicone rubber seal that automatically adjusts to the floor, ensuring a consistent seal even on uneven surfaces. With a maximum drop of 15mm, it effectively closes the gap under the door without interfering with daily use.

Installation is quick and easy with the surface-mounted screw fix and PVC clip-on cover. The seal can be trimmed by up to 100mm on the opposite side to the plunger, allowing for a perfect fit on a wide range of door widths. Height adjustment is simple and can be carried out using a standard Phillips screwdriver.
