Local continuity is clearly indicated by a bright flashing LED and a loud pulsating beeper, ensuring you never miss a signal. For remote testing, the included remote probe features a two-lead, bi-colour (red/green) LED, allowing a single user to identify up to three wires or cables simultaneously for correct labelling. This clever feature drastically cuts down on multiple trips back and forth.

Additionally, the polarity verification function drives a 20mA DC current pulse through the wires under test to the bi-colour remote probe. This allows technicians to accurately identify each wire at the other end of the run while eliminating the possibility of false high-impedance readings.

The device is lightweight and pocket-sized, featuring a clip that hangs securely from the cables under test without falling off.
