Faithfull Metal Cut Off Disc (355mm x 3.5mm, 25.4mm Bore)
Durable aluminium oxide cut-off disc (355mm x 3.5mm) for metalworking. EN 12413 certified. Ideal for professionals.
The Faithfull Metal Cut Off Disc (355mm x 3.5mm, 25.4mm Bore) is engineered for precision cutting of metals, including stainless steel and high-grade alloys. Manufactured with aluminium oxide abrasive grit and reinforced with fibreglass, this resin-bonded disc offers both durability and safety, ensuring optimal cutting performance.
With a thickness of 3.5mm, this disc is designed for robust cutting applications, while thinner 1.2mm variants are available for finer cutting needs. Important: This disc must only be used for cutting—never for grinding—and must always be presented to the workpiece at a 90° angle for safe and effective operation.
Compatibility & Safety
This disc is suitable for use with a variety of machines, from mini-grinders to stationary cutting-off machines. Always verify compatibility and ensure the disc is securely mounted before use. Select the correct disc type (metal or stone) based on the material being worked on.
In compliance with EN 12413 safety standards, the Faithfull Metal Cut Off Disc is a reliable choice for professionals and DIY enthusiasts alike.
Safety Tips:
* Always read the manufacturer's instructions before use.
* Wear protective goggles to shield against flying debris.
* Regularly inspect the disc for wear or damage.
