The Honeywell 24PC Series Differential Pressure Sensor provides a compact, high-value pressure sensing solution specifically designed for use with printed circuit boards (PCBs). Building upon the established reliability and accuracy of the 24PC range, this surface mount technology (SMT) sensor offers a significantly reduced size, which minimises the footprint on the PCB and allows for smaller overall board designs.

Designed to integrate seamlessly with other SMT components, the 24PC sensor helps lower installation costs and eliminates the need for secondary operations. It features Wheatstone bridge construction, silicon piezoresistive technology, and a ratiometric output, ensuring proven application flexibility, design simplicity, and ease of manufacture.

Although originally designed for the medical industry, this versatile sensor is suitable for almost any application, including industrial environments, instrumentation, and LED lighting. The device includes alignment pins for precise positioning and a 3.18mm diameter pick-up feature compatible with pick and place machines. With a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260°C, it is built to withstand standard manufacturing processes.
