The Infineon BTS721L1XUMA1 is a smart four channel high side power switch, designed for demanding automotive and industrial applications. This N channel vertical power FET with charge pump is monolithically integrated in Smart SIPMOS technology, providing a robust and reliable switching solution. It features ground referenced CMOS compatible input and diagnostic feedback, ensuring seamless integration with microcontrollers.
