INFINEON IR2113PBF Dual Power Driver IC, DIP-14

The INFINEON IR2113PBF is a robust, high-voltage, high-speed power driver integrated circuit designed to control MOSFETs and IGBTs with precision. It features independent high-side and low-side referenced output channels, enabling versatile configurations for complex power switching applications. Proprietary high-voltage IC (HVIC) technology and latch-immune CMOS construction ensure rugged monolithic design for reliable operation in demanding environments.

Logic inputs are fully compatible with standard CMOS, LSTTL, and low-voltage logic down to 3.3V, offering excellent flexibility for interfacing with modern microcontrollers and digital systems.
