The four-facetted ground C2 Carbide Tip ensures low drilling pressure and perfect centring, resulting in cleaner, more accurate holes. The drill bit body is crafted from Chrome Vanadium Steel, hardened to 56 Rockwell C for added strength and longevity.
Usage Tips
For optimal performance and extended tool life, always use a 3-6% coolant emulsion when drilling with this bit. This helps to reduce heat buildup and prolongs the bit's cutting efficiency.
