Kitronik ACCESS:bit Access Barrier for micro:bit

The Kitronik ACCESS:bit is a simple project kit designed for the micro:bit (compatible with both V1 and V2) that simulates an access barrier mechanism. It is ideal for transportation displays and classroom coding projects. The ACCESS:bit uses a single 180-degree servo for accurate barrier movement, and once connected, the micro:bit LED matrix remains fully visible and can be used to display stop or go symbols.

Designed to the same scale and aesthetic as the STOP:bit and LAMP:bit, the ACCESS:bit can be seamlessly integrated into the same projects for expanded functionality. It features a built-in buzzer, an integrated battery cage, and a convenient on/off switch. Custom MakeCode blocks are available to ensure easy and intuitive coding for students and hobbyists alike.

The micro:bit attaches directly to the board using the included screws, ensuring a secure fit. Please note that the micro:bit is not included and is shown for illustration purposes only. Supplied as a kit, mechanical assembly is required.
