KNIPEX Electronic Super Knips® XL Precision Cutter 143 mm

The KNIPEX Electronic Super Knips® XL is an extended 15 mm version of the standard Super Knips® series, offering greater stability and enhanced cutting performance for ultra-fine cutting work. Designed specifically for electronics and fine mechanics, this tool excels in precision tasks such as cutting cable ties to length, making it an indispensable addition to any professional toolkit.

The cutter features ground, very sharp cutting edges without bevel, ensuring exceptionally precise cuts on the thinnest wires. Its design incorporates a micro cutting edge offset that perfectly aligns the cutting edges and guides the insulated stripping of wires, combined with a special shape that cuts wires flush with the surface from Ø 0.2 mm. Additionally, a conveniently designed opening spring ensures extremely smooth operation for minimal operator fatigue.

Each pair of pliers features a precise cutting edge angle and a slightly rounded cutting edge, which reduces the force required for cutting to a minimum and protects the cut wire ends from damaging the surrounding components. This design avoids the creation of sharp and harmful wire ends, and enables cutting very thin wires flush with the surface to prevent damage to adjacent components and provide a clean finish.

The Super Knips® XL is also equipped with a practical opening spring for quick, successive cuts and is constructed from high-grade special steel, making it a reliable and long-lasting tool for all fine cutting applications.
