Sensitive gate TRIAC with 600V blocking voltage, 4A RMS current, TO-225 package. Ideal for AC control.
The Littelfuse 2N6075BG is a sensitive gate TRIAC designed primarily for full-wave AC control applications or wherever a full-wave silicon gate controlled solid-state device is needed. This silicon bidirectional thyristor switches from a blocking to a conducting state for either polarity of applied anode voltage with positive or negative gate triggering.
The sensitive gate triggering is uniquely compatible for direct coupling to TTL, HTL, CMOS and operational amplifier integrated circuit logic functions. With 4-mode gate triggering and a blocking voltage up to 600V, this TRIAC provides reliable performance in a range of power control applications.
All diffused and glass passivated junctions ensure greater parameter uniformity and stability. The small, rugged, thermopad construction offers low thermal resistance and high heat dissipation durability, making it suitable for demanding environments.
Applications
This TRIAC is ideal for lighting, motor drive control, power management, and HVAC systems.
