The Martindale LOKKIT1 is a comprehensive lock out kit designed to facilitate safe isolation procedures across a wide range of industrial and commercial facilities. This essential safety kit ensures compliance with lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, preventing the accidental re-energisation of machinery or electrical circuits during maintenance or repair work.

Central to the kit is a high-quality padlock (PAD10R) supplied with its own unique key, providing individual accountability. It also includes a versatile safety hasp (LOKHASP25) that allows up to six different padlocks to be applied, enabling multiple personnel to secure a single isolation point safely and effectively.

The kit's versatility comes from its eight different locking devices, engineered for simple and secure fitting to the most common electrical components. These include miniature circuit breakers (MCBs), residual current circuit breakers with overcurrent protection (RCBOs), and standard fuse holders. With both 10mm and 6mm clip sizes provided, the kit offers broad compatibility, ensuring a reliable lockout on a vast array of equipment.

To complete the procedure, the kit contains five durable 'Equipment Locked Out' warning tags (TAG4) and a black marker pen (LOKMP). The tags feature a writable surface, allowing clear identification of the person who applied the lock, the reason for isolation, and the date. All components are neatly organised and protected within a robust TC55 soft carry case, which also has additional space for storing extra personal padlocks or accessories.
