Designed for ease of programming, it features only 35 single-word instructions and boasts a rapid 200 nanosecond instruction execution time.
This microcontroller provides the advantages of the mid-range x14 architecture with standardised features. It includes 1.75kB of addressable program memory and 64 bytes of data memory, alongside 6 general-purpose I/O pins and one comparator. Operating at a maximum frequency of 20MHz, the device supports a wide operating voltage range from 2V to 5.5V.
