MICROCHIP adjustable DC-DC buck regulator. 4-30V input, 2-15V output, 600mA. AEC-Q100 qualified SOT-23-6 package.
The MICROCHIP Adjustable DC-DC Buck Regulator is an adjustable output step-down DC to DC regulator housed in a 6-pin SOT-23 package. This highly integrated, high-efficiency converter includes a high-side switch, fixed frequency peak current mode control, internal compensation, peak current limit, and overtemperature protection. Very few external components are required to develop a complete step-down power supply.
High converter efficiency is achieved by integrating a current limit, low resistance, high-speed N-channel MOSFET, and the associated drive circuitry. The high switching frequency minimises the size of external filtering components, resulting in a compact solution size. The output voltage is easily set using an external resistor divider.
