This advanced component significantly improves the maximum propagation delay to support longer bus lengths, making it a robust solution for demanding automotive and industrial communications.

Designed specifically to meet stringent automotive requirements, this transceiver supports CAN FD bit rates exceeding 2 Mbps while maintaining low quiescent current. It excels in electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) and offers high-level electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection, ensuring reliable operation in harsh electrical environments. It also features ground fault detection with permanent dominant detection on the TXD input, power-on reset and voltage brown-out protection on the VDD pin, and robust safeguards against damage from short-circuit conditions to both positive and negative battery voltage.
