The Microchip MCP6004-I/P is a high-performance, quad-channel operational amplifier engineered for robust general-purpose applications. Designed using advanced CMOS technology, it delivers a consistent 1MHz Gain Bandwidth Product (GBWP) with a typical 90° phase margin for stable operation, maintaining 45° phase margin even with demanding 500pF capacitive loads.
This op-amp operates from a single supply voltage as low as 1.8V up to 5.5V, drawing a remarkably low quiescent current of just 100μA (typical), making it ideal for power-sensitive designs. It features true rail-to-rail input and output swing, with a broad common-mode input voltage range that extends from VDD +300mV down to VSS - 300mV, maximising dynamic range in low-voltage systems.
