The Microchip Serial EEPROM 64K DIP8 is an advanced, low-power memory solution organised as a single block of 8K x 8-bit memory. Featuring a 2-wire serial interface that is I²C™ compatible, this device is designed for reliable data storage in demanding applications.

Its low-voltage design permits operation down to 2.5V, with single-supply operation possible down to 1.7V. Consuming minimal power, it features standby and active currents of just 1µA and 1mA respectively. Low-power CMOS technology makes it particularly suitable for personal communications and data acquisition systems.
