Multicomp Pro Ceramic Cartridge Power Fuse 10mm x 38mm 600V 20A

Multicomp Pro Ceramic Cartridge Power Fuse 20A 600V is a ceramic cartridge fuse rated at 20A and 600V for overcurrent protection in DC applications. It has a metric size of 10mm x 38mm and is part of the MP Power K6F Series.

Overview

The Multicomp Pro Ceramic Cartridge Power Fuse is designed for overcurrent protection in direct current (DC) applications. Its ceramic body provides heat resistance and a high breaking capacity, and it offers high dielectric strength, including in environments with significant temperature fluctuations.

Key Features

• Quick-acting fuse element with a precisely reduced cross-section, calibrated to melt rapidly in response to overcurrent events
• Ceramic body for heat resistance and high breaking capacity
• 600V rating for both alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC)
• 20A current rating
• Compact metric size of 10mm x 38mm (equivalent to 0.4" x 1.5")
• Part of the MP Power K6F Series

Applications

This fuse is engineered for photovoltaic (PV) systems and solar power installations, where it helps protect arrays from faults such as mismatch effects and reverse currents. It is also suitable for safety circuits, DC/DC converters, power management units, datacom equipment, and other energy-related installations, as well as broader industrial and commercial applications.

Installation

The 10mm x 38mm size allows integration into fuse holders and panels designed for cartridge fuses. Product dimensions are listed as width 3.3, depth 1.5 and height 4.3, with a weight of 8.2 gm.

Choose this Multicomp Pro cartridge fuse when you need 20A, 600V overcurrent protection in DC and photovoltaic circuits.
