Nexperia BC847BPN NPN/PNP Transistor Array 45V 100mA SC-88

The Nexperia BC847BPN NPN/PNP Transistor Array is a surface mount, general purpose dual transistor rated at 45V collector-to-emitter, housed in a compact SOT-363 (SC-88) package. It combines an NPN and a PNP transistor in a single device with a collector current capacity of 100mA.

Key Features

• Complementary NPN and PNP transistors in one 6-pin package
• Collector-to-emitter voltage (max): 45V
• DC collector current: 100mA
• DC current gain (hFE) of 200 at VCE = 5V
• Collector-emitter saturation voltage of 300mV at 100mA
• Transition frequency of 100MHz
• Power dissipation of up to 250mW per transistor
• Ambient operating temperature range of -65°C to 150°C
• Dimensions (width x depth x height): 3.3 x 1.5 x 4.3
• Weight: 0.006 g

Benefits

The array features low collector capacitance and low collector-to-emitter saturation voltage, which supports minimal signal distortion and power loss. The closely matched current gain between the NPN and PNP transistors suits designs that require consistent performance across complementary pairs. Combining both transistors in one package reduces the number of parts on a circuit board, saves valuable board space, and helps to eliminate mutual interference between the two transistors.

Applications

Suitable for general purpose switching and signal amplification, the transistor array can also be used as part of a complementary pair in push-pull configurations. Its 100MHz transition frequency makes it suitable for high-frequency applications, and the surface mount SC-88 package is ideal for automated manufacturing processes.

Choose the Nexperia BC847BPN NPN/PNP Transistor Array when a compact dual transistor with matched complementary characteristics is required for switching, amplification, or push-pull designs.
