The NEXPERIA Low Capacitance Bidirectional ESD Protection Diode is specifically designed to safeguard a single data line from the damaging effects of electrostatic discharge (ESD). Engineered for reliability, this diode provides bidirectional protection, making it an essential component for sensitive electronic circuits that require robust defence against voltage transients.
