NXP PNP Transistor SOT-23 100mA 45V

NXP PNP Transistor SOT-23 100mA 45V is a surface-mount PNP transistor rated for a continuous collector current of 100mA and a maximum collector-emitter voltage of 45V. The compact SOT-23 package with three pins suits low-power amplification and switching designs, and its PNP polarity supports configurations where a positive signal controls current flow from the emitter to the collector.

With a power dissipation rating of 250mW, the transistor is intended for densely packed electronic assemblies where heat management is a consideration. Its transition frequency of 100MHz supports RF and fast-switching circuits, and a minimum DC current gain (hFE) of 125 allows effective signal amplification with minimal input current.
