ONSEMI 74HCU04 Hex Inverter IC, 14-Pin NSOIC

The ONSEMI MC74HCU04A is a hex inverter integrated circuit (IC) that provides six independent single-stage inverters in a compact 14-pin NSOIC package. This versatile logic device is pin-compatible with the LS04 and MC14069UB, offering a direct upgrade path and design flexibility. Its CMOS inputs are compatible with standard CMOS outputs and, when used with pull-up resistors, become compatible with LSTTL outputs, facilitating easy integration into mixed-logic systems.
