The ONSEMI CAT24M01WI-GT3 is a serial EEPROM with a 1Mbit memory density, internally organised as 131,072 words of 8 bits each. It supports the Standard (100 kHz), Fast (400 kHz) and Fast-Plus (1 MHz) I2C protocols, and features a 256-byte page write buffer for efficient data writing.

Designed for reliable performance in various electronic applications, this EEPROM operates over a supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V and includes hardware write protection via the WP pin, protecting the entire memory. The device also features Schmitt triggers and noise suppression filters on the I2C bus inputs (SCL and SDA) to ensure robust signal integrity.
