It contains a gallium arsenide (GaAs) infrared emitting diode and a light-activated silicon bilateral switch, which functions like a triac. This device is specifically engineered for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs, enabling the effective control of both resistive and inductive loads for 115VAC operations.
Featuring reliable LED trigger current (IFT) stability, the infrared emitting diode demonstrates low degradation over time, ensuring consistent performance.
