The ONSEMI 4-Bit Quad SR Latch is constructed with MOS P-channel and N-channel enhancement mode devices in a single monolithic structure. Each latch features an independent Q output alongside set and reset inputs, offering versatile configuration for your logic circuits.
The Q outputs are gated through three-state buffers with a common enable input. A logical 1 or high on the enable input activates the outputs, while a logical 0 or low disconnects the latch, resulting in an open circuit at the Q outputs. Designed for reliability, this device contains double diode input protection circuitry to guard against damage due to high static voltages or electric fields.
Capable of driving two low-power TTL loads or one low-power Schottky TTL load over the rated temperature range, this latch is highly suited for industrial applications. It operates within a supply voltage range of 3V to 18V and features a propagation delay of 175ns.
