ONSEMI unidirectional TVS ESD protection diode. Features 3.3V operating voltage, 7.8V clamping, ultra-low capacitance & SOD-923 case.
The ONSEMI TVS ESD Protection Diode is a high-performance Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) meticulously designed to provide robust electrostatic discharge (ESD) protection for ASSPs and ASICs in ultra-low current applications, such as human body sensors. Encased in a void-free transfer-moulded thermosetting plastic case with a UL94V-0 flame rating and a 100% matte tin (Sn) finish, this unidirectional diode ensures both long-term reliability and operational safety.
Engineered for precision, the device boasts an ultra-low leakage current of less than 1nA between 0°C and 50°C when switched off. During an ESD event, it rapidly activates to clamp the voltage to a safe level, effectively shielding sensitive integrated circuits from damage. Furthermore, its low capacitance makes it exceptionally suited for high-speed data lines, while the compact SOD-923 package size is perfect for space-constrained designs.
