This 1-channel 4-pin high voltage Darlington output optically coupled isolator consists of an infrared light emitting diode and a high voltage NPN silicon photo Darlington. It features an integral base-emitter resistor designed to optimise switching speed and elevated temperature characteristics, all within a space-efficient, end-stackable design.
This optocoupler offers a minimum high BVCEO of 300V and a total power dissipation of 200mW. It supports a forward current of up to 50mA and provides a high isolation voltage of 5.3kV, with a minimum current transfer ratio (CTR) of 1000%. The operating temperature range is wide, spanning from -30°C to +100°C, making it highly reliable in varying environmental conditions.
