The MOC3043XSM is a 6-pin Optically Coupled Isolator consisting of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode coupled with a monolithic silicon detector performing the functions of a zero crossing bilateral TRIAC. It is suitable for CRTs, power TRIAC drivers and printers. All electrical parameters are 100% tested to ensure high reliability and consistent performance.
With a forward current of 50mA and a reverse voltage of 6V, this optocoupler delivers reliable signal isolation. It offers a total power dissipation of 250mW and a peak blocking voltage of 400V. The high isolation voltage of 5.3kVrms (7.5kVpk) ensures safe separation between input and output circuits, making it ideal for applications requiring robust isolation.
