It features a broad spectral sensitivity range from 400 to 1100 nanometres, with a peak sensitivity at 850nm, ideal for near-infrared (IR) applications. The device provides a photocurrent of 135µA and has a compact radiant sensitive area of 1 x 1mm². With a narrow angle of half sensitivity of ±10°, it offers good directionality for precise sensing.
