PANDUIT Belt-Ty Nylon Low Profile UV Resistant Cable Ties Black 8.9mm Width - 257mm

The PANDUIT Belt-Ty Series introduces a revolutionary in-line locking cable tie designed for superior performance and installation ease in demanding environments. Its unique belt-like, parallel-entry design threads smoothly (180° entry), creating a significantly lower profile on cable bundles compared to traditional 90° entry ties. This innovative construction features a head height that is 50% lower than conventional ties, making it an ideal snag-free solution for tight spaces and applications where a flush finish is critical.

Constructed from durable, UV-resistant Nylon 6.6 (Polyamide 6.6), these ties are engineered to withstand prolonged exposure to harsh outdoor conditions and sunlight without degrading. The material ensures excellent resistance to abrasion, chemicals, and environmental stressors, guaranteeing long-term reliability. The outside teeth are designed to protect cable jackets and wire insulation from damage during installation and throughout the product's lifecycle.

Key Applications

These low-profile cable ties are exceptionally versatile, perfect for organising and securing wiring harnesses in a vast array of settings. They are ideal for both indoor and outdoor installations, including industrial control panels, telecommunications infrastructure, data centres, and automotive wiring looms. Their weather-resistant and UV-stable properties make them a trusted choice for external applications like solar panel installations, outdoor lighting, and network cabling exposed to the elements.
