Polymaker Fiberon™ PA6-GF25 is a high-performance nylon (PA6) filament engineered with 25% glass fibre reinforcement. This advanced composite material delivers exceptional thermal and mechanical properties while maintaining excellent layer adhesion, making it a robust choice for demanding 3D printing applications.

Developed for high-speed printing, the filament incorporates innovative Warp-Free™ technology. This significantly reduces warping, improves dimensional accuracy, and allows for successful printing at lower bed temperatures, enhancing print success rates and part precision.

• Superior Thermal Resistance: Withstands higher temperatures, featuring a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) of up to 191°C after the annealing process, ideal for parts exposed to heat.
• High-Speed Capable: Engineered for printing speeds of up to 300mm/s, boosting productivity without sacrificing quality.
• Optimised Printing Parameters: Recommended printing temperature range is 280°C to 300°C, with a bed temperature between 40°C and 50°C.
• Convenient Format: Supplied as a 0.5kg net weight of filament on a recyclable cardboard spool. The spool dimensions are 200mm in diameter by 65.6mm wide, with a 55mm inner hole diameter.

Important Usage Notes

This filament is highly effective but requires specific handling. Due to its glass fibre content, it is abrasive and will wear standard brass nozzles quickly. For best results and longevity, using a wear-resistant nozzle such as hardened steel or ruby is strongly recommended.

Additionally, Fiberon™ PA6-GF25 is hygroscopic and sensitive to moisture. To preserve print quality and prevent issues like bubbling or poor layer adhesion, it must be stored and used in a dry environment with relative humidity below 20%. Using a dry box or filament dryer is advisable.
