Polymaker Fiberon™ PA612-CF15 is a high-performance 3D printing filament crafted from a long-chain copolyamide (PA612) reinforced with 15% carbon fibre. This advanced blend delivers superior tensile strength and durability compared to standard PA12-based filaments, making it an excellent choice for functional parts in demanding applications. Its unique chemical structure absorbs significantly less moisture than PA6/66 and PA6 materials, ensuring consistent mechanical properties and improved dimensional accuracy even in humid conditions.

This filament features Warp-Free™ technology, which enhances dimensional accuracy and allows printing at lower bed temperatures, reducing the risk of warping and improving overall print reliability. It supports printing speeds up to 300mm/s, enabling faster production without compromising quality. The filament comes in a 0.5kg weight, supplied on a cardboard spool (200mm diameter, 65.6mm width, 55mm inner hole), and is available in black.

Typical applications include 3D printing, 3D design, hobby, and education projects. Please note that due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibre, a wear-resistant nozzle (e.g., hardened steel or ruby) is highly recommended to prevent brass nozzle wear. Additionally, store and use the filament in dry conditions (relative humidity below 20%) to maintain optimal performance.
