Polymaker Fiberon™ PPS-GF20 is an advanced 3D printing filament, engineered for demanding industrial applications. Developed by the renowned innovators at Polymaker, this unique material is a Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) filament reinforced with 20% glass fibre, delivering outstanding mechanical strength and exceptional dimensional stability.

This high-performance filament maintains excellent electrical insulation properties, boasting a dielectric strength of 6.05 kV/mm and a low dielectric constant (2.71 @1MHz). Its inherent chemical resistance ensures reliable operation in challenging environments. Engineered to withstand extreme temperatures up to 236°C, it is the perfect choice for creating high-temperature enclosures, prototypes, and functional components that require resilience.

The filament features a V0 flame retardancy, certified to the UL94 standard at 1.5mm thickness, adding a crucial layer of safety for electronic and industrial parts. It is capable of supporting printing speeds up to 250mm/s, enabling efficient production runs. For optimal results, a printing temperature of 310°C to 350°C is recommended, with a bed temperature between 80°C and 90°C.

Important Usage Notes:

• Due to the abrasive nature of the glass fibre reinforcement, wear on a standard brass nozzle is common. It is highly recommended to use a wear-resistant nozzle, such as hardened steel or ruby, when printing with Fiberon™ PPS-GF20.
• To preserve material properties and ensure successful prints, this filament must always be stored and used under dry conditions, with a relative humidity below 20%.
