PRO POWER EcoWire Tri-Rated Switchgear Wire offers a robust and environmentally conscious cabling solution, featuring flexible Noryl insulation as a superior alternative to PVC. Noryl, a modified polyphenylene ether thermoplastic, is inherently lighter, tougher, and more flame-resistant than PVC, resulting in UL AWM wires that are more compact than their PVC-based equivalents. This non-halogenated insulation is free from heavy metal pigments, supporting manufacturers in meeting WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment) requirements.

The wire is constructed with tinned stranded copper conductors for excellent conductivity and corrosion resistance, and is rated for operation from -40°C to 105°C. It features excellent abrasion resistance and is oil resistant to Oil Res. 1, making it suitable for demanding environments. The cable is CPR classified as Not Yet Qualified and meets UL AWM 11028 and CSA AWM I A/B FT1 standards, with an SVHC status of No SVHC (as of 25-Jun-2025).
